Took my daughter there for her 9th birthday and they made her feel so special. Our waitress was the best! Everyone in the store was very friendly and helpful. The food is amazing 😁
The store is Great, the Customer Service is the best. I will be back again I'm sure.
My daughter loved it. It sucks it's 2 1/2 hours away from my home or I would go more often. She got her first doll Tenney and has been taking her everywhere we go. She loves her new doll and I definitely plan to make the journey to the store again.
My daughter had a blast! The staff was great! We can't wait to return!

We ate at the bistro and loved it. The service and attention given to the birthday princess was awesome. The help in the main store was another thing. Not once was my daughter asked if she would like a sticker. The girls at the hair salon walked away from us instead of explaining check in. Wandered the store for an hour before lunch and about 30 min before heading for the register, this was the first time someone finally offered us a bag.
