The best costumer service. They make you feel at home. My daughter Anna was able to do this on her own to give to kids with cancer
Shopping is always a joy! Anna’s Dolls for a Cause is my daughters special project where she collects aluminum cans and sells homemade products in order to purchase dolls for kids on the oncology floor at nationwide Children’s Hospital. All the employees are incredibly friendly & helpful! We love our American Girl Family!
Amazing personalized experience including b’day party. Event staff, salon staff and store team all fantastic. Of course it comes at a price but worth every penny!

Fabulous Doll Store !!Have bought many beautiful dolls and accessories or the years
This review is for the cafe only. We were seated at the counter and completely ignored for the first ten minutes. I flagged the hostess down and she said she would get us some water. Ten minutes later, no water. I asked who our server was and she pointed out a woman. This server of ours did not say one word to us in twenty minutes. My daughter and I were starving and she really wanted to eat there. That was the only reason I waited and allowed us to be treated this way. The staff was very knowledgeable and nice! They knew so much about the history of the dolls and treated our dolls like they were very real which my daughter loved!The store was very clean and well taken care of.
