American German Roll Shades and Shutters is responsive and more than happy to take your money for their products. But when it comes to warranty or general service calls NOT at all. I had an awning installed in the spring. Over the summer the valence buckled and one end came loose. This was the second awning I purchased from them. This was less than a year old. They said I’d have to pay for a new valence because they wouldn’t do warranty service to reinstall the valence. I have new windows coming in two days. The shades the... read more
Afraid they won't be there when you need them? No way! American German put in my roll shutters about 25 years ago. This last week (8/2020) they came out and replaced the switch which had finally gone bad after 25 years of being pushed. So, if you are at all concerned that you might be dealing with a fly-by-night, there is absolutely no way that is going to happen with American German.
