Hi, I called American Fuel because I was having an ongoing problem with my boiler that my regular guy just couldn’t seem to fix. Nick was at my house within an hour and consulted me on what he thought was the problem. The next day he came with a another guy from Fossil Fuel, (they work together) and they fixed the boiler and now it’s like brand new. Saved me thousands as my other guy had been recommending a new boiler. Thanks Nick! Best customer service I’ve ever experienced!
Our ancient oil tank started leaking oil on the basement floor. American Fuel was there within an hour. It was clear the tank could not be repaired and a few days later, Bo and Devin did a fantastic job removing the old tank and installing a new one. They were friendly, professional, coordinated, and left the basement cleaner than it was before. Very satisfied. The price was reasonable.
