I had to follow a customer rep. Around to get help. Was a pretty easy commission for the rep. (We had already picked out a fridge.) Once it was delivered we started to use it... seemed fine the first day. Next day we filled it more and that night its not cooling. All the food we put in went bad. Call for repairs and the customer rep. Was extremely rude and won't be until 2 days later that someone will come out. I don't know why I always forget about how bad Sears service is. I will never purchase another item at this store! Bought a refrigerator 2 years ago, paid almost $2000 for this Whirlpool refrigerator. Having many issues with it and when I called Sears, they told me it was too old and I didn't purchase the extended warranty, so too bad. I never have and never will purchase an extended warranty. I bought from Sears, because it's Sears. They have been around for years with a reliable name. I find Sears outlet store is too expensive to be an outlet, outlet stores usually comes as an discount, so I do not shop there.
