Our washer went out on us and we were stressed out about waiting three weeks to take delivery from another store. We checked out the Sears Outlet, found exactly what we needed, and will take delivery in less than 48 hours! Richard was so helpful, the store was clean and easy to navigate, and the price was fantastic! We are making plans to head back there when the dryer (inevitably) gives up. �
