I love the place but they sent me damaged product they have not resolve the issue after more than a month. It's highly dissapointing. Expect to be treated nicely but expect to be brush out in terms of resolution action. Out of no choice I have contacted legal services to communicate further.
Quality is not the best. Looks nice. Don't buy the insurance/policy they offer. Waste of money unless you know you have kids that will tear it up within the 5 year span they offer. It's too much of a hassle and the terms and conditions are not fully nor correctly explained upon purchase. They don't handle the claims. You have to call an 800 number AND take pictures of whatever damage is done THEN send it to and separate email address just for them to CONSIDER processing your claim.
