Goofys sold trash and pocketed the money for them self I seen it I worked there
Gary was great! He had the mattress that we ordered ready and waiting for us to come pick it up. They're going out of business though
I purchased a king size mattress and king size headboard from this location 2 months ago. I am very pleased with my purchase. The customer service was awesome. I was met and greeted by employee Paula. She was so nice to me and helped me get exactly what I wanted. She gave the best customer service I could ask for. She made my experience worth the purchase might I add. During check out I was taken care of by employee Gary who was so nice and informative. Both employees deserve 5 stats as well as my purchase!
I’ve bought furniture here a few times before and had many issues with the furniture itself, with delivery and warranty. Luckily for me they have new management. The new manager made the process seamless and smooth. I’ve been in customer service for over 10 years and this was great service. He was very transparent and understanding with all of the questions and concerns we had because of previous experiences. This gave us confidence to shop here again and recommend to our family and friends.
Gary was wonderful with customer service had great attitude and a smile. Also Paula was great in showing the merchandise to us she also did it with a smile and great customer service. Just meet Ty and he was also nice gave good advice. If you want nice affordable merchandise shop here. Thank you 😊
