They can improve by actually saling dryers that dry your cloths a waste of $500 Do NOT purchase anything from them I see why it's all sales final
Would not buy any appliances from them. issues with a brand new appliance and the service we have received has been terrible. I am still without a fridge after a week because the one we purchased had issues and the repair person never showed up to fix it
I purchased a washing machine from here. I was under the impression I would be receiving a NEW washer. When my husband went to pick it up and bring it home, it had several scratches and dents, including a large one with rust. I immediately called the store to notify them and the salesman told me the store was a scratch and dent store so all their appliances have cosmetic issues. pickup dresser bottom was broken returned dresser same day...don't have any replacement claim they didn't know how to give a refund and credit to our card....sad business practice

If you advertise recliners from $198 then you should have them or offer to order them! The tall red haired associate was the rudest sales person I have ever met! we were also looking for a mattress and he told us to lay on them read the price and then let him know what we wanted! Then we were told by a young lady working there that due to covid and the wood shortage they could not get recliners. She also said they work for 100% commission.
