RecommendedMy first experience started off a little rocking. The item I bought on the Black Friday sale wasn’t in stock when I arrived to pick it up. But Sam was able to get me into something else for around the same price. I wasn’t the most pleasant customer at first but Sam saved the day and the sale.

I’ve been waiting almost a month for furniture that I purchased that I was told I would have received in a week. I’ve been told 7 times I would receive a call back on this issue and nobody ever called bad. Horrible customer service. Horrible business. Save a headache and just go across the street to Badcock for furniture if you’re in need!
I purchased 900.00 Worth of furniture and these people beat me out of my money they knew one of my dressers was broken I caught the manager trying to hide after he loaded it and asked him about it the manager saw it and said " you can get some gorilla glue" some of my drawers are too small for the dressers, and they all treated me totally nasty I know this not the mattress I chose, I didn't purchase a bed rail and the price was attached to my headboard. They were full of it first I asked prior to getting my stuff would they put it together and how much have me a price completely different price when they arrived and I won't even go there about the delivery lmao....
