Bought a recliner last week, paid in full. Promised arrival by 1/2/17 by the manager and it was in print on the receipt as well. Called to find out it isn't there and they would call me right back. 5 hours later, no call, I call again and speak to manager. Again promised a return call. During both calls I said I'd come in Tuesday for a refund. Today 1/3/17 I went to the store for a refund only to find out they are closed till Thursday for a company rally. I bought a beautiful couch and loveseat in June of 2015. We love our set and send the $99 to buy the protection plan from Guard Protection Products. The salesman told us if we get any stains on it they would clean it. I call today and Guard Protection Products won't clean "wear on the furniture" they said you need to pay to have a professional come clean it first and then they will" so what they hell did I send $99 on? What a waste, don't buy the warranty they offer it's a scam..

Purchased Mattress on Christmas Eve, scheduled delivery for Monday the 28th and its 321pm ET and no delivery yet! Customer Service at this store is very poor here!!!!!!!!!!! This will be our only purchase here at this store!!!!! Period!!!!!!!!!
