RecommendedBought dining room set and the chairs were on back order. Jose drove two hours to deliver them on his day off so we would have them in time for Christmas dinner! Thats great customer service and we will be returning after the holidays to purchase a new bedroom set. Thanks again Jose!!
Bought a table from there it came out of the box scratched. They said they would fix it and make it right, but it's been 9 months they lie.

Jose was wonderful and greeted right when we walked through the door. He knew the inventory and could tell us right away what they had in stock. I would recommend the store in Palmetto for anyone that is looking for furniture. We went looking for a bed and found a lot more with Jose’s help.
We absolutely love this place. Jose, the store manager, is hands down the best sales person I have ever dealt with. Jose was very helpful and knowledgeable and was never pushy. He layed all the numbers out in front of me and was very honest. I will definitely be a return customer and I have already recommended Jose & American Freight to several friends and family members. went in to just check them out and ended up buying sectional and putting a new bedroom suit on lay away. Great customer service and the entire process was painless from getting financing to delivery. great place to buy furniture.
Today bought a sectional and Jose was awesome! The guys that delivered our furniture were great as well they had to climb 4 stair cases remove our old couch and broght up the new. Highly recommend them its a rarity to buy furniture and have it delivered same day. Great job !!!
