As stressful as the situation was, Roy and Ian had tried every single option without giving up and finally got it in the house. I was blown away at the patience and professionalism they had during a very stressful situation.
Vince and Ray helped us pick out our new kitchen appliances. they were amazing, very knowledgeable, and super nice. Vince even came in early the day we went to pick our appliances out, which we very much appreciated. Ray came and helped deliver our new appliances. Order a kitchen table and paid in full on 11/23. Told 2-4 weeks to come in so we could get delivered. No one calls you to let you know things are taking longer. Just “come pick a new one” which they had none that would be good. Family of 6. The table we picked was the only low table with 6 actual chairs. I have two toddlers who can’t sit at a high table or bench. The lack of communication is the worst. I have been waiting 3 weeks for them to restock the sofa and loveseat combinations that I wanted. Takes too long. I would have bought the floor model had they offered me a small discount or free shipping, but they don't do that according to the sales person. I guess I'll have to look elsewhere. Sales people have no ambition here. This is the store in Sparks Nevada

Went into the Grand Rapids store and found what we were looking for. Couldn’t find anybody to help us, although two people that I think worked there said they’d be right with us. On our way out the door, someone asked us if we had any questions...as if that constitutes customer service.
Bought dining room set and the chairs were on back order. Jose drove two hours to deliver them on his day off so we would have them in time for Christmas dinner! Thats great customer service and we will be returning after the holidays to purchase a new bedroom set. Thanks again Jose!!
