We bought a sectional in February 2016 from American freight and our cushions ended up flattening soooo bad. I had a 5 year warranty and I was able to swap out my sectional for something completely different and I love my new couches. Customer service was amazing here. Gerald was very very nice and helpful.
The customer service crook, "encouraged" us strongly to pay our layaway in full to ensure that our furniture would be in stock. Went to pick it up... guess what no furniture... no sincere apology.. and no compensation for having to wait for it to be in stock and no care in the world that we have to come back to pick up the furniture... asked for them to deliver it on their dime and the guy says we are 2 totally different companies and it don't work that way... HE LIED TO US FROM THE GET GO.... he knew our furniture wouldn't ... read more
