Do not recommend. I called and was told that part of my order was in... when I arrived at the store to pick up, I was told that they didn’t have any of it. Finally came in today, and we paid to have it delivered. Delivery company was extremely unprofessional and not-subtly hinted at expecting a tip. I’ve also already noticed a “bad spot”/imperfection in the fabric of my brand new couch.
Definitely do not recommend anyone to visit the Southside location. VERY rude manager and they are not very efficient. I was supposed to have a delivery on the 5th and they had a huge mix up even tho it was ordered prior to the delivery day. Spoke to Kyle from the North location and they went ABOVE & BEYOND to help out, sending me pics of other items. (they no longer had my whole order) its now the 7th. We bought our furniture in November. It was cheap but it was going to get the job done. We were told we could finance it, so we did. Automatic, weekly payments, never late. We were told we would be done paying in March....but here we are, still paying. I called the finance company today and we STILL owe $5000 (we’ve already paid almost $3k).
