Checked in at 10 am this morning. Told 45 min to 1 hour wait. It’s now 2 hours later and I am still sitting in the waiting area. I think “Insta” should be taken out of their name.
Beside the wait, the staff was very helpful and courteous with our infant.
My wife showed up at 7:40 PM and they told her that their system was down and she couldn't be seen and they had the gate closed around the receptionist saying that she was closed and they said she needs to go to North Orem that had a 50 minute wait. A person right behind my wife went in and waited and was seen at the InstaCare. Worst service I've ever heard of!
Staff is friendly, but the waiting in the room is crazy. 2 hours so far.
