I had an endoscopy with Dr. Clarke Hilbig there yesterday. I was a little bit tense and scared but What a good experience! The staff were so caring and kind. They were positive, happy and made me feel very comfortable. Gave me warm blankets, helped my pillow to be comfortable enough for the exam, asked me questions, and explained everything really well. Dr. Hilbig was very professional and straightforward. They made my experience something surprisingly nice
Were very friendly and on top of things. A little bit of a wait to get into the endoscopy room but it wasn't to bad. I had sever pain after feeding tube placement. They did everything they could to ease the pain. It took hours to get the pain to a tolerable level. Was greatful o got to go home. G tube has no issues. There was a nurse with me just about the whole time I was there.
