Super welcoming environment filled with people who listened to my concerns and needs during the appointment! 10/10 would recommend!
I would give this review 5 stars... however I have had a lot of poor experiences when it comes to the front desk receptionists. They are always short with me and have disregarded everything I ask for. I called in to ask for a simple med refill and then when I spoke to the MA she was asking about a different medication that I don't even take. The MA was just as confused as I was but was able to get me what I needed in a quick manner. I am not sure why the receptionist told the MA that I needed a medication that I haven't ever... read more
i felt comfortable with Dr Graham and felt like he gave us a complete exam and answered all our questions. The staff was courteous and knew what they were doing. The nurse, Taylor, made us feel like we could express any of our concerns, and was very helpful. Our visit was a good experience. I would refer anyone I know to Dr. Graham and his staff.
Sometimes I have to wait to be seen in clinic, but I realize it is a very busy practice, with some pretty sick patients, and so the occasional wait is worth the time. The office is very good at getting results and follow-up information back in a timely manner. Thanks you!
Dr. Graham helped me through a difficult diagnosis with a pituitary tumor - he knew all the latest treatment approaches and gave me solid advice. He does a great job personalizing care for me.
