No information or way to get ahold of anyone here. The number on the website that is listed as here is just a general one. The lady who answered could not tell me where the "clinic" was and could not help with anything.
Dr Crop was great, listened to my concerns. And made my concerns his. He is my current Dr. Of choice.
THEY DONT DO THEIR JOBS AND MAKE YOU WAIT WAY TOO LONG. During my visit I mentioned that I’m having ear pain but the doctors just dismiss it. 3 days later the pain gets worse so I go back in and again they dismiss it and don’t try at all to help with it. A few hours after my visit I have to leave work early because I am completely deaf in one ear and have searing pain in the ear and my head so I go to Orem InstaCare instead. Excellent doctors, nurses and staff. Consistently atrocious wait times. Even if you show up before 15 mins before the first appointment time of the day, you're still waiting 45 minutes for everyone to arrive.
We saw Larry Chapa PA-C today since Dr. Hafen was out. He was SO darling with my six year old daughter who hates the Dr.'s office. I have a picture of the two of them together with both giving a thumbs up. :) After we left, my daughter said, "I was thinking in my mind, I really like that doctor!" I love it.
