I spent $8000 on a set a 26 inch American force wheels and 20 weeks later still have no updates unless you wanna wait a half a freaking year to get some wheels.......
Placed my order in April paid for. Was told two weeks ago American force is moving and rims were not in production! Then I was told they ran out of blanks and I just needed to cancel my rims! No I’m sorry or how about a discount to stay just well we are allowing you to cancel lol HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
Was having a problem with getting an order from a third party vendor that dropped the ball, called American Force this morning 1/21 about 9am and talked to a rep. Got a call back shortly later saying my wheels would be overnighted. Customer service goes a long way. Great product and great people, 7th set ive purchased and will only run forces. Thanks guys!

Customer service level sucks or maybe just the employee with a bad attitude that answers the Phone. Not nice ..Not helpful.. and very easy to tell he didnt care to be on the phone. Very disappointing considering 8000.00 for wheels.
