Do not waste your time with this company! The owner scheduled a day and time to bring samples out to my home, but called me the morning of to reschedule because she was stuck in traffic and could not make the 1pm appointment?? We rescheduled for the next day, which was a Saturday for 11-12 and she never showed, called or responded to my email asking if she was still coming after she was an hour and forty five minutes late. OMG we feel like we got sprinkled with Disney fairy dust. We wanted to have Bamboo hardwoods installed. Problem is, we were on somewhat of a limited budget. We worked with Tamara and I swear she was able to work some magic because she made it possible! Everyone else basically said sorry and turned us down. This company rocks!
