I contacted Matt Doll, CEO/Founder, of American Fire Products when I had a a terrible experience and problem with a company called BBQ Grills. This gentleman, Matt Doll, took it upon himself to make RIGHT what BBQ Grills did WRONG to me. I expressed to him that American Fire Products was in no way responsible for the theft of my money by BBQ Grills and in no way felt they should make anything up to me. The most amazing customer service! Just had a very non-routine return issue and they solved it for me with no problem. I don't actually have a firepit; I bought lava rocks for a photo shoot so I can't speak to the actual rocks' performance, but truly great customer service (from Chris!) Every company should have customer service like this.
