Awful place. Lazy, incompetent. They will go as far as to blame you for them not doing their jobs. Take your business elsewhere.
One of the most horrible traumatic experience for a first time home buyer! Please do not go here! Their manager Amanda is such an unprofessional and liar! We were lied to days after days and weeks after weeks about our docs and paperwork process. They are so unorganized and do not care about their client! We were at the verge of losing our home, money deposit, and time! They show no accountability but just put the blames on everyone! Please Please do not come here!
Please DO NOT come here for a mortgage. AFN is nothing but a scam! They are lazy and very unorganized! For being a first time home buyer this was far the most horrific experience of my life! AFN and the "Toby Team" has proven themselves to be both lazy and incompetent. Selling a home, moving, and buying a new home is a very stressful endevor. One should not have to double-check that Mortgage Lender is doing their job in organizing the appropriate materials to submit to the investor. At the 11th hour, our closing was postponed due to AFN not having done their job.
