I would not recommend doing business with American Fidelity specifically Billy Boehme. I met with him in October 2025 as required by my job, inquired about accident insurance and said I would need to talk to my husband. He said he could go ahead and add it, if we decided not to get it, I could simply email him before January and he would take it off. I emailed him in October and he told me he had cancelled it. They try to find any reason not to payout, it takes so long to get the money that is due to you. After I have submitted every little thing they ask of me, they try to find something else to ask for to try to find a hiccup and not pay out.
I sent in a claim been going almost 2 months now. No one knows why its taking so long and still reviewing. My family is struggling due to this. Horrible
