I would suggest American Fence to anyone who asked! Exceptional sales staff and the install crews are very professional. Very happy with them.

Whatever you do, do not do business with these folks. They are disorganized, improperly bid your fence, then do not show up as promised several times to build it, then build it wrong, and then the only folks you will hear from to get your problems fixed is their credit department. This is the first negative opinion I have ever posted online, that is how bad this experience was for me and my next-door neighbor!
They were nearly impossible to get ahold of. Did not complete the project within the time the stated. (Not even close). Fence was damaged when installed and no one will return our call back. I would never recommend them to anyone.
No parking. No customer service. Waited fifteen minutes to talk to someone. Walked out after no one came. First impression is everything!
They don't even deserve one star. This company only cares about themselves. They horribly scratched our fence upon installation and then fought us about fixing THEIR mistake. They finally replaced 2 of the many pieces they scratched. After that they spray painted over their scratches (on a windy day). This of course left runs everywhere and they got spray paint on our house. They admitted to using our fence in a training exercise of 'what not to do' but wouldn't adequately compensate us. They know they have horrible reviews.... read more
I can't choose negative stars for the rating and I sure wouldn't give them a star on the positive side (except it wouldn't let me not give them a star). If you want a fencing company who makes promises and doesn't keep, doesn't follow up and does very poor craftsmanship....choose American Fence. My fencing project started in March and still isn't complete because they can't seem to get it done right. Like others....I wish I had read the reviews on them rather than just thinking they were a reputable company and trusting that... read more
American fencing sucks, they have absolutely no personal pride in there finished product, craftsmanship, sucks - when you call them they don't return your phone calls they don't even bother - after you had multiple problems to send somebody out to make sure everything is done properly,
