Absolutely DO NOT USE these jokers!! They lie to you and promise things they should've easily been able to do!! They took 10 months to finish a privacy fence that BOTH gates still don't close right. Paid almost $6,000 for a fence that I'm not happy with. Won't answer the phone or return your calls unless you threaten them with legal action. EVERYTHING had to redone twice and they blame you for their employees mistakes! Worst home improvement experience ever!!
False promises and major delays that they COULD control. Can’t recommend one bit, and never will. Couldn’t possibly be more dissatisfied with a $6,000 fence.
This is a very poorly run company. They tell you one thing and don't do it. Then you ask for money back and they won't. Then you contact them about an issue and they don't get back to you. Anytime anyone complains, they will ignore it. If you choose to go with this company, be ready to have your completion date pushed back almost 8 weeks. This is the worst company I have ever seen. STAY AWAY
I've had fences installed in three places when I was active duty Army: Sierra Vista, AZ, Harker Heights, TX, and Bunnlevel, NC. The courtesy and professionalism I've encountered having my cedar fence installed here in Bellevue, NE was top-notch. I don't write reviews for services I've paid for (aside from gutter installation) but these guys were all over it!! Do not understand the negative reviews, must have been from former crews or something, but highly recommend these guys!
Horrible customer service. Won't return phone calls. Took way longer to complete than originally told. They "missed 30 ft in the original bid" so the price went up, they left materials behind. The fence seems fine but the experience was awful.
