Young punk kids, with no work ethic, who are fast talkers and will promise you they're the only gig in town who are ‘seamless’ and use the strongest fasteners. Guess what, so does everyone else in the game. DO NOT give them a deposit. You will never see your money or these clowns again. We contracted with AFG and they never replied, responded or showed up. Howard and Mike did a great job with our gutters. We were very pleased with the quality of material and care that was taken to protect the foundation of our home. Thank you, American Family Seamless Gutters! Update: I am sorry to say that since our gutters have been installed, warranty service has been very poor. One of our downspounts on the second story of our home, the bottom section, simply fell off. No indication that it was ever screwed on in the first place. SCAM ALERT!!!! Stay away from this guy and his company. He stole money from my father and stopped answering phones call. My father now has to bring him to court to get his money back. Even his employee left the company for non payment and told my father he isn't the only one the owner has done this too.
Howard is untruthful in his replies to our reviews. He NEVER offered reimbursement or - returned phone calls. Howard NEVER said the deposit was not refundable. We cancelled the contract within 24 hours as per 72 hour North Carolina contract laws. Howard approved the refund and promised to pay it( cancelling two meetings ) but he never paid it. He left us no choice. We had to take him to court and now we have a judgement against him. This did not have to end this way. We tried to work with him as far as payment but he ignored... read more
