Would like to recommend the staff at American Family RV for their outstanding customer service!! Larry Thomas was a very knowledgeable and professional salesman who was helpful and courteous. Terry Farmer was great at showing us how to operate everything the travel trailer can do, and Eli Bergsten was efficient at the paperwork!! Very disappointed in customer service at new salem va lot. Visited last Saturday arrived right after lunch. All rvs were locked and almost all had no pricing in them. We were told to visit today they would all be unlocked with pricing. At 350 a salesman had locked up half the lot because they close at 5 and almost all had no prices in them. Once again we were not able to see the ones we wanted to. Very disappointed not worth the drive at all.
Like to give a huge shout out to Steve Deffenbaugh and his team at American Family RV. Treated me like family the moment I and my son arrived and was great through out the whole purchase process. If you are looking for an RV or any camping trailer AMERICAN FAMILY RV is the place to go. Definitely worth the drive. They have what you are looking for.
Sorry for any neg stuff said in the past post I said about this dealer they are a really good place.
