I have been with American Family for 17yrs. Today decided to do a comparison quote with another popular company currently showing many commercials on TV. I found no saving comparing apples for apples. I also realized the value of my local Nicole Parker office being in my corner at every turn when I call and ask for a policy review to be sure I have all discounts owed to me. I can go into the office as it is in my town and be given small hometown attention, this is a value knowing my people are really "there" for me!
I went with a friend to get auto and life and had Matt as an agent . He was very knowledgeable and listened to questions that were asked. I'm giving a 4 stars as to see what the next few months bring. The first meeting with Matt went well. Called after getting home to get a few things clarified and was pleased with the outcome.
