Matt and his Staff are professional and responsive. Everything was explained in detial providing clear understanding of my policy and costs.
We have been with American Family for I do believe 19 years. Been with Matt Moffat since 2004, His office is always on top of things. When we had accident we would call Matt and he took care of us. Its like a Family, every year he calls us personally on our Birthday's . Friendly,responsive, if his team doesn't know a answer to question Matt calls us and answers it. Best insurance I have ever had.
