Best agent I have had! He and his staff are fast and reliable! He knows exactly who I am every time I call!
We received horrible service. Nothing but problems from the start like not being able to get our bill straightened out. It was dramatically different every month and was finally told after months of trying to get it fixed that he (Jeff) couldn't do anything else to figure out the billing problem and we should just go to another company. Jeff was extremely helpful and responsive during the entire process of obtaining contractors insurance through his agency. Despite the frustrating changes on my end, which were work related and had nothing to do with Jeff’s service, Jeff was extremely patient and friendly.
