3 stars is for the company, not Erick or staff. Actually 1 star for the company, 5 for Erick. Despite no claims, accidents or tickets I watched my car insurance more than double in a few years. Between June 2024 and Jan 2025 it was hiked 28%! So I was recently paying $122 a month with all discounts Erick could offer. Just switched to Progressive and now pay $44 a month for comparable coverage. I knew my insurance would lapse on January 2, so switched a few days prior.
