I've been a loyal customer for 24 years until today. I've religiously made on-time payments and I've costed the company nearly zero dollars in the course of those 24 years. Today, my car insurance premium nearly DOUBLED in cost. This increase is going to cost my family over $1K per year and Brian doesn't care. When asked why my premium is doubling, the only response I get is "we don't set the rates". I've been told by Brian that there is nothing I can do about this increase. I totaled my car. The police report clearly stated the other driver was at fault. For whatever reason, the adjuster said they decided it was 80% my fault. I’ve had American Family for many years. They used to be a great insurance company. Now, they are worthless. Do NOT trust these people with your insurance!! You will regret it.
