Brent and Greg have a very professional friendly approach and work hard to take care of their clients!
Don't bother with this agency, they have played phone tag with me and my family over 4 months. multiple accounts opened and closed, they told me I was covered, but when I called the 1800# I was informed my policies were canceled for the last 2 months. Their "Manager" is terrible at getting back to you.
I've been with Brent Beckman since 2008 when we bought our first house, and still have the same policy on our new house we just purchased this year! We've been through a few claims from a couple storms that did damage in our neighborhood and we had no issues with them at all. Every time we have any issues, Brent has been there to help out. Thanks guys!
I would not recommend American Family or more specifically this agency. After a minor accident, they have strung me along for almost 2 weeks and I have yet to find out if my car was totaled. Don't bother sending emails either because they don't respond to them. I would have given them 0 stars if I could have. When you need them, they aren't there.
