Beware of the Steve Bezanis agency - he is nothing more than a lazy crook who will not help you in the event of a claim. He has lied, bullshitted, talked in circles, won’t answer a direct question. I’ve had enough. We had 1 claim in 23 years and this crook never lifted a finger to help us. Actually he “referred” us to a relative of his and had the nerve to tell us they were not related although the man he referred us to “help us” with our claim for a huge fee actually had the last name Bezanis. Love the staff in Ted's office! They treat you like family. I have never felt pressure to buy product I didn't need which I really appreciate from sales people. They are on top of it. Thanks Ted Wheeler Agency! Hope we are still doing business years from now.

I have my home and rentals and automobiles insured here and I have to share this: I haven’t had a fender bender in 25 years but today I misjudged when parking and scraped someone’s bumper. Jayme and his team were phenomenal as were the people I talked with when calling in the claim. Hats off to a great insurance agent.

Given that no mortgage is totally painless, I will have to give a plug that in my case, I really could not ask for more. The entire process occurred while I was out of the country. What helped the most was the continuous communication that took place. Being half way around the world with a 14 hour time difference, I was never left to wonder what was happening. My hat off to Brian and his team who helped me at every corner. Thank you.

If I could go negative on the Stars, he wouldn't even get one. This was the worst insurance agent I have ever dealt with. I was going through a rough time, and yes I was late on my payment many times. I had an accident, and he not only lied saying that I had no insurance... He actually called the police to come to my home and ticket me for no insurance. I told the officer I was disputing the no insurance claim made by Mr Robert. He didn't give me a ticket.
