Best agent around! Always available day or night. My car was in a fender bender not long ago, and the claim was through within a few hours and I was in a rental ASAP. A few years ago when half a large tree fell through my house during a severe storm a frantic call to the agency brought a team of helpers. They facilitated the removal of the tree, patched a huge hole in the roof and the second floor) in a blinding rain storm so more damage could be prevented, sent a roofer, and an adjuster. Everything was covered with no argument. Steve contacts me every year (unless I contact him) to review my coverage.
