I have been coming to AFD for last several years. My experience with the Doctors and the staff has been exceptional. I really bathe care and the attention to details. I would certainly recommend American Family Dentistry for your routine dental needs.
The first impression was good, we even left here a 5 star review after the first appointment. But later we were disappointed to encounter very manipulative behavior, trying to pressure us or trick us (by telling half truths) into unnecessary treatments uncovered by insurance, and generally having dishonest behavior whose only goal is their profit. We don't trust them anymore, hence left the clinic.
My partner have been coming in regularly and are able to easily schedule appointments back to back with help from the front desk. Very kind people who care about your dental health
Today was my 5th visit to the dentistry. My first four visits were outstanding with the hygienist Hima. But today I had a very disappointing experience. Hima was not there today and the doctor there today did not use water dispenser in the mouth but used cotton swab to grab the plaque from the scaler. Now I have a second thought if I should go there again😕
