Usually a Hartford Healthcare UrgentCare patient but lately they’ve been disappointing. Booked an appointment @ American Family Care for a head cold that would not go away. Although they were extremely busy and there was a bit of a wait, the staff was so professional and Welcoming. The NP Mary was awesome! She listened, took her time diagnosing and went over a care plan before I left. Before I even got to my car i received a txt from the pharmacy that meds were called in. I can’t say enough about the smooth process.
These beautiful people took me in earlier than my appointment time and they were very quick about everything, very thorough, and as usual, and I've been there like four or five different times, everybody was very professional, very nice, and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend compared to other walk-ins, these people are top notch.
