Worse experience!! Took me arguing for 35 min with the 3 ladies behind the desk about me not having a copay before the even put my sons paper work in for him to be seen. I have to go through this every time I go however this time I had to call my insurance and ask them to tell them. During this whole time the girls were just sitting there laughing with each other. Even the manger was rude about it. I really like the nurse and doctor we FINALLY seen but I will be finding a new clinic to go to!!!!!!!
Good service yesterday. Feeling much better today.
I got off work at 5, and called to make sure I could be seen before closing. Front receptionist was friendly (she was filling in from the Hoover location) However, the minute I was called back I got a "bad vibe" from the nurse. She was very short with me, and didn't say anything more than the bare minimum she had to. Doctor was nice and friendly. While I have been there in the past and had to wait over an hour (waiting area completely full), this trip I was the only one there when I walked in and only number 13 on the sign in sheet for the day. I had to fill out paperwork but was moved to the back in about 10min, pre-check and consultation took about 5min and I only sat there about 5min more before seing the doctor. I love going to AFC. They always treat you with respect. They always know how to make you feel better as well. Annette was very help full to my needs. As well as Paige she helped me out and gave me my x-ray. I will definitely be coming back to this location. Thanks everyone that helped me. It was a very long day, but we finally got what needed to be taken care of.
