The doctors, staff, and facility suck. I would not recommend.
Dr. Paul Niner and the Staff we're great, and got right to Wallace's problem, called in medicine, and we were on our way. Recommend them highly!!! This was on a Saturday evening, too!! Janice and Wallace
I went there for the first time today with a bad cough I have had for weeks the lady doctor was caring and awesome I will be going back!!
This place is ridiculous , i was forced by Tricare to come here for my Pcp . They are a urgent care clinic in a rather questionable neighborhood. They won't let you make a appointment because they are a ucc . So u just have to go in and hope they are not busy or you will sit there for hours . The Drs also rotate so if you get assigned to one he may only be there 2 days out of the week . The Dr. I got was rude to me , he acted like I was a annoyance . I will give them that the office employees and doctors are very nice, but I was charged $93 for what I was told was a free visit (to check on something they had already done - I never asked to see a doctor) Don't even try calling their billing dept. or corporate. Took 45 min on hold to reach an employee. Then got so much attitude and talked down to for a good 12 min before the lady told me I was taking up too much of her time and she was done talking to me. Good luck if you go here.
I was just there yesterday! I was in and outta there in no time! The staff was polite and courteous and the entire Dr visit was great... I was very happy with the treatment/care i got there.
I went in at the right time, no other patients other than myself- therefore, I was seen promptly.
