I waited four and a half hours to get an X-ray. While the staff were courteous and eventually did treat me, there was no expectation of time given, and I had to cancel other commitments due to this
I would like to state beforehand that I have never had an issue in the two previous times I have been to this location. RecommendedLOVE The Grove AFC! They did a great job helping me with a badly infected finger. I don’t have a regular physician, and until this visit I had not seen a doctor in years. I didn’t really know where to go, but chose this location. So glad I did. ALL STAFF was kind, caring, and supportive, and Gina Cobb was especially awesome with her follow up…so caring and helpful. I typically don’t come there because it’s been horrible in the past! I usually go to Hoover Urgent Care but it’s impossible to get in there now.I had taken care of a child with the flu and been around others with flu in the past week. I came in to get diagnosed and hopefully have Xofluza called in. I was put in a room and literally forgotten about. I had to go out in the hall twice to find someone to see about me. My experience was great and there got me some relief every time I come there for assistance I get good results
I will never return!!! Took 48 hours of calling, being polite, being rude, calling again and finally driving back to get a prescription!! It shouldn’t take 48 hours to get meds!! They don’t care about their customers!!
Don’t recommend. Went in two years ago for my child. They sent me a bill over a year later. I tried to pay it. I was told the balance was $0. I said ok. I was then sent several more bills. To which I tried multiple times to pay it. Only to be told that there was no balance. I even talked to someone at the main office (like corporate) and was told the same thing. Then today I get a letter in the mail saying that the bill has been sent to collections!! Do NOT go to these people… See more
