I am thrilled to let everyone know of Mr. Baldone's dentistry office. It is truly a first class place to go for dental work. I was greeted with smiling faces and offered water before I ever got to the counter to sign in. I was in such great pain on two teeth that I had spent a lot of money on already during the years to try to save them. I was so pleasantly greeted during my visit that it helped me forget how much pain I was in. The staff and Dr. Baldone promptly assisted me, diagnosed my pain issue and got me on my way to recovery quickly. I felt reassured that my dental problems are being resolved quickly. The people there are very pleasant and helpful.
The staff is always courteous, friendly & welcoming. This hasn't changed in the 12 years I have known Dr. Emily & her staff/Dr. Emily has been my dentist. I trust Dr. Emily. She genuinely cares about her patient's well-being, comfort, and dental hygiene. (Even after-hour/emergency calls are answered promptly.) I have never experienced being "pushed" in to anything, cosmetic or otherwise. Dr. Emily takes the conservative approach to dental work. My tooth broke and my regular dentist couldn’t not see me. Dr. Baldone fit me in last minute even though I wasn’t a patient of his. He and his staff were very nice. Great experience.
Excellent customer service from the beginning to the end. Made me feel very comfortable. The staff was knowledgeable and professional. The doctor was kind and professional. I had a great experience and very happy we found a dentist we can trust.
I have been a Baldone customer for 17 years. The quality of work has always exceeded my expectations and I have always felt valued as a customer.
