Staff was very friendly and efficient, but I had to start my registration all over from the beginning, even though I had done it online. The online version did not Take. Also, they gave me a sling for my arm and it doesn’t really seem to fit which is a waste. Even the nurse had trouble getting it to fit, but when I go to the orthopedic surgeon, I’ll have him check it out. Maybe we were putting it on wrong
Great experience. Clean, safe, secure and predictable. Super helpful physicians and technicians. Pat at the front desk was very helpful in assisting me in navigating the, IMO, less than user friendly sign-in/enrollment process. Don’t forget to have your credit card, drivers license and cellphone.
