I am grateful to the ladies at American Family Care for all the ways they made my visit a pleasant experience. Not only are they friendly and welcoming but also professional and prompt. I appreciate each of them for taking care of my illness and helping me get back to feeling better.

Registration and the nurse were great. I have an adult son with special needs. The doctor we saw spoke loudly and slowly as we were hearing impaired. My son has autism. I asked to have all the questions directed to me, his mother. The doctor seemed put off by his standing, and slow response to his requests, like sitting in the table. He treated it as if it was my son being rude. The nurse quickly picked up on the fact that he was different and accommodated.
