Took daughter there for COVID-19 rapid test, she went in Sara was rude, daughter gave her the Blue Cross insurance card, she ran said it would not pay, but we could pay $350 and try to get our money back. Left there went to Center, Main Street Family Urgent Care. Very nice, insurance no problem.
Staff not friendly at all..Also wasn't given a school excuse saying my son can return to school monday called to have it sent to nurse and they wouldn't do it! Called back today and asked if my mom could pick it up because I won't be back to Gadsden till Friday and they said no nobody else could pick it up..I work in a doctors office and we allow people to pick up doctors excuse and Rx's as long as they have a licenses we can scan with it to have proof of who picked it up and when.
RecommendedI’m a healthcare professional myself, and during this crisis we are in I try to limit my outings. But today I just had to be seen. I went to AFC Gadsden, was my first visit, and I was so overwhelmed with their kindness, promptness, and concern for me. I just want to say thank you to Heather, Lois, April, Sharron, Savannah and Fran for taking care of me. Thank you for the compassion that you all showed to me in a time where it was so needed! So thankful I chose to go to AFC in Gadsden today!
I know they advertise as urgent care, but they are so much more. I like to go there as my Primary. They are thorough and always follow through. You don't sit forever in the waiting room, the staff, from the receptionist right up to the doctor are all professional and courteous. I don't dread a trip to the doctor anymore. Thank you, AFC.
Four hour, waited 2 hrs for them to draw blood. Never a doctor always CRNP. Same test same illness
Such a good experience today. Very thorough with me. The doctor was amazing.
First time there was very pleased with the service and friendliness of all I came in contact with that from office lady in front so nice to nurse whom ck my b p twice and dr Victoria Dolore thank you all . When my primary Dr isn’t in . AFC in Gadsden al will be where I will come to thank you
