Went in because I’m allergic to bees, told the front I needed the epi pen, I didn’t have one available . She went to make sure they had it. When I got back I told the Dr I was allergic, told her I’m having troubles with breathing. Also told her before I came I took Benadryl, got there within 12 minutes and the poison was spreading. Told the Dr I needed the epi pen, she told me No just a steroid shot told her this is not how I talk I’m loosing my voice, cutting off my breathing. Horrible diagnosing and lying about treatment plans! Unhelpful, poor service. Very rude and not worth your time! Highly recommend to go anywhere but here!
Go to the Lookout Mtn branch instead, it’s WAY better up there. This one’s filled with spiteful people who’ll make you waste your money and leave feeling under appreciated. Lookout Mtn branch is filled with friendly people who will actually ask you questions and try to get to the bottom of a problem. Lookout Valley branch is so friendly, it just shows this one could perform a lot better.
