This place is a joke been here 30 minutes to do a drug test with nobody in front of me
VERY DISAPPOINTED! Not the office or the doctor or staff that works there. But the billing department. I owe a balance from a bill I never recieve in the mail from February this year. Just through email. No other information was giving. Well I paid half the bill in the clinic about two weeks ago in March. I then checked my balance today in my checking account and they took the full amount out. With out my permission! That card was not on file! 1. Do the online appointment scheduler. It's much faster and they're already prepared for what you need. You can walk in, but this is better. 2. Look online and see what they can actually treat. This is an urgent care, not a specialist or your family doctor or an ER. Don't expect them to be able to fix everything. 3. I came to get an abscess lanced and they were amazing. I booked an appointment and did the paperwork online. It was super simple! I could upload my insurance information through photos and there was no complicated check in process when I arrived. I was seen by a very nice female doctor. She had a fantastic demeanor and answered all my questions. I needed refills for some medication, as I’m not quite settled with a Primary doctor m. Came here on a Saturday. One person in the lobby. I know people don’t want to work on the weekends but when you are scheduled to, act like it’s a normal day. Came in for possible flu/cold stuff and waited an hour. The chairs in the lobby are nasty, the material peals off. The staff was watching their phones and laughing behind the window. Don’t bring your kids here if they are sick. They will have to wait a long time. Unprofessional
