After spending a few hundred dollars and two visits trying to get help for breathing issues, I’m leaving this review so others can make an informed decision. The service of the nurses, front staff, and wait time didn't bother me. They were attentive and the wait wasn't that bad What did bother me was how rushed both visits felt once I actually saw the doctor. During the first visit, the exam lasted less than five minutes. Missed my son's double ear infection. We were the only patient there and the Dr seemed very dismissive and almost annoyed I had brought him in. Our pediatrician was closed due to it being the weekend that was the reason we brought him to AFC.
Medical staff seem friendly and mostly helpful. Admin staff are a bit surly. Worse, they continuously balance bill without billing insurance as they said they would - even had the insurance carrier call them to tell them to stop billing us — but just got a third bill. Wouldn’t recommend the place
