I have excellent experiences here. Chris is a stellar nurse practitioner who listens well and has fantastic, efficient bedside manner. I feel heard as a patient here!
Negative 4 stars. Went in because my leg was swollen for unknown reasons at the time. $40 co-pay just to check my vitals.Doctor did not even examine my leg just said “ Go to a orthopedic specialist.” Had that doctor done tests and not been lazy he would have seen it was a bakers cyst.He didn’t touch my leg or do x-rays or anything. You guys owe me $40 dollars.
Scheduling appointment was easy online and staff very kind and provided excellent care. Will use them again.
My experience was great all around. Staff was friendly, wait was reasonable, provider was attentive, thorough and friendly.
Do NOT go here unless you want your card to charged almost 3 months later for $169!!! I was NEVER billed or notified of this charge to come out of my account. The lady at the desk said they do this daily if there is a balance after insurance that they don’t bill you but just take it off the card they require you leave on file to have a visit. I was charged over $500 for my son to be tested for flu and Covid and they did NOTHING for him! I NEVER gave them authorization and they NEVER billed me like the card on file paper work... read more
