Nice fast and friendly service
Do not use sharp instruments inpatients' ears'. I feel pretty darn stupid that I didn't put a stop to that when I saw it coming. They punctured my eardrum; didn't tell me and sent me home to continue flushing out my ear. When I went back a week later they also didn't seem to notice. Luckily they sent me to the ER ER told me about the eardrum. And gave me instructions about keeping my ear dry. More to this story and I will make a report. I need to talk to a regional admin.

they all right just slow seeing their patient
It would really help if the Fairfield, Alabama location had a doctor on sight every day, even in an advisory role. Aside from that, my experience wasn't bad.
