We sought care for our Daughter and myself (2 separate days in last week and yesterday). The staff here treat their patients with the utmost respect , along with fast/efficient service and are compassionate! Definitely be our regular go to , if needed in future! Definitely will not use Alpha urgent care, I made a mistake of going there first for myself! AFC #1!!!
This is a great urgent care. We especially love Landon Dutton. He is knowledgeable, kind, and caring to his patients.
Very Rude front check-in counter lady. (NW) My insurance pays for urgent care but never the amount they charged today. She was very rude did not explain well enough, they raised the rates I will never going back here. I can handle a sinus infection. Her job is to be very nice and polite and get you checked in. Very obvious she does not like her job.
I’m not sure who’s working the front today but she wasn’t any help. She was no where to be found and elderly people were trying to check in via QR code and we’re having problems doing so. She was not trying to help them. She had people waiting for no reason. She could have checked the elderly people in herself at the desk. The doctors are amazing!
