the male doctor who actually has more than a few bad reviews..was incredibly rude to me. no help at all, acted as if I was inconviencing him. very dissapointed because I used this place quite often for any issues I had. I will Absolutley not be returning back to this place and will also advise my friends and family not too. a doctor is there to genuinely care and treat patients with respect and dignity. just by his actions I will never return.
Dr. Roy was extremely rude to my husband for the second time! He came in the room for less than 5 minutes, looked in my husbands throat then told my husband he was old enough to have a real primary care dr... said you can go then walked out. Acted as if him coming in, sick, was a totally inconvenience. Not what you expect from a "doctor". Will definitely not return to see him. I will say, thankfully, the other doctors at this location do not share the same attitude toward their patients!

Don't recommend. This place was a joke. Dr was completely unhelpful. Would give it zero stars if I could.
Great caring physician. Great staff in front office, they will get you to the back quickly. Great caring nurses and attendants, they actually listen to you. I had to have blood drawn and I showed them the place and asked for a certain type of needle, it was quick and no pain. Only one stick. They gave me medical supplies and instructions for care. .
New patient In and out 30mins
Having been a satisfied user of the Fairhope, Alabama office for years, I was extremely disappointed that my service dog was suddenly no longer welcome because he could have germs. Staff needs to know about ADA. I left voice mail at your corporate office on 12 June 2019, the day it happened. Have not received a return call. Bottom line: went to another urgent care where I was treated with respect and received outstanding care.
Poor patient care, not proactive in patient's health. After being tested and told that I don't have strep, ended up in the emergency room with a positive strep test, peritonsillar cellulitis, and a peritonsillar abscess. I was also informed by the staff when I called to inquire about a steroid shot that Flonase is the same thing. So, thank you, AFC, for nothing.
