Well, it’s an urgent care. You usually just walk in to those. This one you can get book appointments on their app. Well, we got there at 11:15 and did not get back till1:15 because of people who booked appointments and were let go before us. Yes I can see where booking an appointment is good but if you are going to allow that then don’t take walk ins.
Had a long 2 hr wait, but it was on a Sunday and only one doctor on call. So, I understand the wait. Everything else was very professional and timely. The doctor was very efficient and helpful.
