Closed. Message on door sent us to another urgent care miles away. Got there and it was closed too. Ridiculous.

Harassment from staff. They called me before the appointment to yell at me, then refused to give me ANY medications. Stay away these people are evil.
This business is open right now and they sent me away without being able to see out of my left eye. The lady said they're not taking customers today even though it says open. So now I have to drive somewhere else with my damaged eye to have somebody look at it. These people are not medical professionals they're terrible people.
Ridiculous long wait time. Every time I came for the annual check up, I have to wait like an hour for the doctor, last year was the same; I thought this year they will getting better. If you cannot accommodate patients, don’t schedule appointments with them. Don’t let them come in and sit in the room for hours, such a wait of time. I had to leave because I couldn’t bear with this ridiculous wait. Have to find another primary doctor that value patient’s time.
