My husband was told to go to this lab to have bloodwork done before a surgical procedure. He was told they would be open, but they were not. The sidewalk had not been shoveled, nor was there any salt/sand on the ice. In addition, there was a dead bird on the ground in front of the entrance.
I had a great experience. Easiest blood draw I've had in years. Jackie is super.
The ladies working in the lab are great! The processing center and billing department are terrible though! I had multiple issues with my results not being sent to the physician that ordered the labs. I have also had to call the billing department multiple times due to issues on their end with how they processed my payments.
I got right in to have my blood work done. They did a great job.
Miss Jackie who works in the lab always greets you with a smile and makes the experience very pleasant. She is very friendly and professional.
